Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in on a Saturday and even though they were busy they got me in for a complete set of tires and allignment in less than 2 hours. Chris was very helpful. I do recommend this place!

I came in the other day to have my tires checked - I accidentally came in on the wrong day and expected to need to wait but the front desk receptionist (I can't remember his name but I am pretty sure its Chris) assured me they would check my car that day. My tire needed to be replaced and because of the type of car I have and the tread level on my other tires all four tires needed to be replaced. The store only had two in stock and they needed to call to order the other two - I heard the conversation myself and heard the driver confirm he would do the delivery. For reasons outside of the technician or Chris' control, the tires were not delivered. Chris tried to rectify the problem, and ultimately drove to get the tires himself when the driver refused to deliver the tires. The technician and Chris both provided extra services to make up the wait time, which again, was outside of their control. On Tuesday 6/13/23 I took my truck in for an alignment. 4 hours and 225$ later not a thing was done to my vehicle. It was given back to me with my steering wheel pointing to 2 o’clock, and tires pointing different directions by almost 4 degrees. Yesterday 6/15/23 I took it to the north Monroe location. My truck is safe to drive now. Ps: most of the employees look like chemo patients or tweekers. Surely their work is a reflection of that.
