Terrible, Terrible Terrible company and the worst customer service. They screwed up my $750 Jaguar key fob and had the nerve to play the victim when I asked them to take responsibility for their screw up. Do Not Waste Your Money With This Company. So many bad reviews. They are the worst Service: Body & Trim

I had a scheduled appointment to repair body damage to my truck. The estimate showed eight days to repair but the owner told me that it wouldn’t take that long. I contacted them the morning of the day eight and was informed the job would take an additional 6 days due to the technician assigned no longer being with the company. I needed the truck and inquired if the work had even started. It took them 24 hours to confirm that truck hadn’t been touched. I picked up my truck and will take my business elsewhere. Bob’s Auto repair and Collision got me back on the road quickly and completely satisfied. They displayed excellent customer service, quality and professionalism. Melissa was outstanding over the phone and in person. Daniel did an amazing job with paint and restoration! My front end was Color matched to perfection after an unfortunate collision, but my truck now looks like it did the day it rolled off of the factory line.
