My family has been coming to Bass auto for something like 20 years. Mr. Bass is very helpful and honest. I would not take my car anywhere else.
Liz coordinated repairs and keep me informed through process. Now if they could stop my older vehicles from need repairs ????
I showed up at Bass Auto Care with a Honda Odyssey that had really seen its best days. Al Bass was so friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough check (I did not have to wait at all), told me what needed to be done (more or less confirming the bad news we expected), and gave a price estimate that was very fair (compared to other shops I have worked with). We both knew the cost was about the same as the value of the van, and that there might still be trouble ahead. Al then took time out of his busy day to help me weigh our options and discuss solutions. He sent me off with some much appreciated sage advice, at no charge.
