I have taken my car on two occasions to Rodney. He is a great person and mechanic very personable. I left pondering my last visit because he is a person any customer should value the relationship. Good customer service is becoming “a thing” of the past. Personally, I value customer service and quality work. Everyone will not be pleased - you do business. Sometimes things just happen. That’s life. However, Rodney C. Rowland, I give 5 stars because of the work needed on my car, the customer service and the authenticity of my experience as a customer doing business at his shop. Rodney went Above and Beyond. He diagnostic my dodge charger, told me how much it would cost with parts labor. His business was patient with me. The fix the car in record time. even though he said he was two weeks book out. What an amazing shop. I love honest and professional and mechanic's who know what they are doing when it comes to Cars.
