Absolutely love Potters Precision. You know it's a great shop when the garage where they fix your car is clean and organized. There are not random tools lying around with oil and dirty parts all over the floor. They offer fair pricing and quality work on your prized German or now British vehicle. Took our BMW to them multiple times and now take our Jaguars to them for everything I won't fix myself. Richard is awesome. Service: Auto maintenance

Year in year out Potters has taken excellent care of my vehicle - and with top notch service!! Had to update review - had scheduled a B service etc then had to head out of town day of for a meeting in Miami. They made sure to get me in/out in record time, with Tom himself jumping on the work to make it happen - I don't know anywhere else I could go and have that happen....while also not being surprised that he did so. Excellent customer care to say the least!! Never ceases to impress me - each time I'm here the level of service, friendliness, comfort of the waiting area, and how you could truly eat off of the shop floor (a little thing that says a lot about the quality of work and care they give) - not to mention the very fair prices, all with the same level of knowledge as a dealer service center.
