NAPA Auto Parts - Sanford and Son Auto Parts

I read the reviews for this place and still gave them a chance. I had a feeling I was was going to have an issue so I didnt buy the auto parts I needed but I did need some drill bits so I stopped and bought them. The total for the drill bits was $12.13. when I got home I checked my bank account for an unrelated reason and seen the napa charge for $17.13. i called them the following morning and asked what was going on. I spoke with Sanford who assured me it was a clerical error and offered to refund me 5 bucks. I don't know if it was an accident or not but be very cautious when shopping here.

Typically, auto parts stores are places filled with bravado and testosterone. I'm used to it, even fine with it. But this was different. Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I could hear other employees acting similarly. Heck, even the bathroom was clean (not fancy, it's a parts store - but cleaner than many restaurants)!

My husband and I were vacationing in St. Augustine and when we were leaving there was a tornado warning. We stopped at Sanford and Son to ask if we could shelter there, since we have never experienced a tornado and didn’t know what to do since we were to drive in the path of the tornado. Sanford and his staff were very welcoming, friendly and understanding. We were very appreciative of their kindness.
