Whoever Manages or owns this location has one of the worst employees i have come across ever, John if that's even his real name since he lied to me about the location. My wife took our vehicle there for suspension issues mind you I live in North Carolina it is possible she was a little frusterated after not having the vehicle for 3 days. He told her(John) to come pick up the vehicle they do not have to work on it Great customer Service John. I called he never let me get a word in I am a Car Dealer over 20 years and i deal with shops and customers everyday by the way John i record all calls so please tell another lie i would be willing to give the recordings to Management think about it. Bottom line is this is the type of person i would never have in my business sorry guys not a good look for your business. By the way thank you Trevor you made me have faith that maybe someone does know what a good employee is. John leave the Drugs alone or whatever you are on because that is not normal
