Firestone Complete Auto Care

First, awesome brake job! Unfortunately, this is where the awesome part ends. They decided to rotate my tires with the brake job but I had recently had them rotated. So, I asked them to put them back with another rotation. Since this was a free service (not my fault) they made it difficult to come in. So, I came in on a Saturday early morning and had to wait over an hour. The bad part is that I wasn't their concern (again, not my fault) so they assigned a very sloppy inexperienced worker to swap my tires. I say sloppy because he was dropping my nice rims without care. I watched him drop one rim on his impact wrench which put noticeable scratches on the once like new rim. Needless to say, I will never use a Firestone for my vehicles! Rude!

Long story short another Firestone in a different state messed up something on my vehicle. It was a quick fix but an important one. Even though these guys were busy they took me right away and knocked it out. I'm very appreciative of their professionalism and speed. If I find myself in need in Florida again, these are my go to tire guys.

Took my car in for a wheel bearing and they had it ready 5 hours later. Thank you yall did a great job exactly for the price quoted on the phone too. We will be back to fix the rest of the issues when we can afford it. It no longer makes this sound and doesn't sway at all.
