Made a appointment, dropped vehicle at there shop. Tried to have a discussion with staff/owner about problem. Basically got just leave the keys and we will figure it out. Called the shop, late that afternoon to check on progress. They hadn’t touched the vehicle, went and picked it up, the staff seemed lost. Left without a question. Thanks for great costumer service and the 2 hrs of PTO that I burned for not.
These guys are GREAT! I had a recent breakdown with my 1987 e250 Ford van and Erik and his team of experienced mechanics took great care and went the extra mile to get me on the road again as quickly as possible. They are fairly priced, honest, knowledgeable and Mandy in the office made efforts to keep me in the loop regarding progress on my repair. If they were local to my home, they would be my go to repair shop. Highest regard and recommendations ????????????
