Literally wish i could give less than a one star. They towed my partner's car illegally while they were at work. Where was the car parked? In the designated spot for their workplace. When they called to have it brought back they said no one could help because apparently no one was in the office to help? They originally asked for $250 to release the car and eventually brought it down to $100 after numerous calls. One of the representatives even gave my partner's mom a hassle because they "didn't want the car on their lot anymore and just wanted to get rid of it". How about this, don't illegally tow someone's car then!

Best experience! We called Good Sam to tow our super duty truck and fifth wheel camper back to our home, which was 130 miles away. Took GS 2 hours to finally find a company willing to tow us and Complete Auto and Recovery did that for us even though they were an hour away! The driver Brenden was AMAZING and super nice and professional! We could not have asked for a better driver! He did a great job getting it out of our campsite which was narrow, had sharp turns, and tons of trees and debri! He was an amazing driver and this company should be thankful he took the difficult tow on! Would 1000% recommend this company!

The towing service is unreliable. You get told 45 minutes every time you ask for an update and this after waiting 3 hours which was 1 hour longer than there original commitment of 2 hours. You can barely understand the person answering the phone and they obviously do not know what they are doing or have more business than they can manage; Service: General repairs & maintenance
