Complete Automotive and Tire

This is the worst towing company out there! Broke down on 95 and had roadside. Tow was assigned and it is 4.5 hours later the car is still not picked up. Do not use them if you have the choice! Tell your roadside company not to use them either. The owner basically said “oh well”. He added stops after we were told they were on the way. Driver was very accommodating but followed owner instructions.

Called needing roadside assistance after a complete tire failure. I was told there was no one working to help me. Then I was hung up on.

I just wanted to take moment to leave a positive comment about a driver with Complete Auto named Darnell. Each time that he was dispatched to tow my car he was always professional and efficient. It is always a pleasure dealing with individuals that take a sense of pride in their job. Thanks again, Darnell!
