CP Diesel & Auto

I had taken my vehicle to the local Ford dealer in St. Cloud for a safety recall of the toe link to be replaced on 8/1. I noticed that when I drove on wet pavement (after the toe link was replaced) that my backend was “sliding”. I called and spoke with a service coordinator, after doing some research that perhaps the rear alignment wasn’t correct after the safety recall appt. I took my explorer back in on 8/24 and was told that my rear end and front was realigned (as complimentary). 8/31 I went to the airport to pick up family and noticed again that I was sliding all over on wet pavement. After 2 attempts for the local ford dealer to make the repair right I called CP Diesel for an alignment inspection. From Barbara, who answered my call, to Chris who walked me out to the shop to show me that my rear tires are completely worn from riding on the sides (one tire I bought at the ford dealer on 7/2 and was completely damaged) to Grant and Keith who worked late to make sure my vehicle

My go to place, very up front and to the point. Theres no trying to throw parts at my truck like other places guessing the problem wasting money. They get it right the first time I never have to worry. Family owned as well!
