Classic Collision

Overall the repair was quick and easy. No complaints on the work done but i did have a dash cam in my car that captured an employee referring to my car as a "b*llshit car". Because of this incident i'm not sure id take any vehicle back to the shop. Service: Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about this place! I can see why they have such amazing reviews. I had got rear-ended and had to get my back bumper fixed. I worked with Carla and she communicated with me every step of the way! I got an estimate in minutes and she was very transparent with costs and how long my vehicle would be in the shop. My bumper came out brand new and the paint job was spot on. I'm an insurance agent and I would recommend this place for any client of mine!

Save yourself from frustrations. Avoid this Classic collision center at all cost. They have poor customer service, poor communication. They always say we will call you for update but they never do. It took us 7 weeks to get our car back even if it just a rear bumper and tailgate repair. We understand that emergency happens but somebody should have taken over our repair. For nearly 2 weeks our car sat in the lot with nothing done. We also had an issue with the rear suspension and this repair center have to bring it to another shop for opinion because they don’t have trained mechanic to even diagnose it. Due to this.. the insurance denied that the suspension damage was part of the accident because no mechanic was able to explain it to the insurance adjuster. we are not denying that some of the delay was due to insurance issues. But again a lot of the delay could have been prevented if classic collision did their part. We don’t write reviews.. but this really affected our livelihood and b
