Pep Boys

Order tires online and selected to pay now and pickup in store. 3 Days later no email for pickup so I called the place I'm supposed to pick up said they never got order. Then I called 800 number they said they didn't charge and said it would be charged at pickup. But yet nobody had my order at the shop and I was never notified when to pick up my order. Never using pep boys again

I gave two stars because I purchased tires from Amazon and the Pep Boys tire installation package. They installed the tires but no calibration so I’m not sure if that wasn’t included in the package from Amazon but when we did this years ago at a different Pep Boys location we did not have issues. Now the car is pulling to the right pretty bad. Also we asked if they can perform the 60k maintenance on my Volvo XC90 2017 model and they said yes. When we picked up the car the computer on the car it still says we need to take it in for maintenance. They tried to fix this issue and were unsuccessful. I would have preferred to know that they cannot perform this on my car model, because now I had to take it to the Volvo dealership and due to liability I had to pay for the maintenance again plus the tire calibration. Basically it was a waste of time and money. All I’m asking is to be honest and up front about the services you can or cannot perform at your location, because I do understand that

Michael went above and beyond to assist me today. I lost my last grandparent this week and needed tires and an alignment quickly. He got me in on a Sunday and did everything possible to make sure I was safe to drive. All of the staff have been so kind and I absolutely recommend the Spring Hill Pep Boys! Thank you again for helping me today!
