Store manager TJ was so helpful wow it’s hard to find such good and caring customer service this will be our go to place for ever thank you for taking such good care of us

My vehicle broke down on Northcliffe and I was forced to push it off the street into O'Reilly's parking lot. It sat there over the weekend due to unforseen circumstances but I kept in contact with O'Reilly all weekend. I contacted AAA on Monday and walked 2 miles to meet the tow truck driver at O'Reilly's. I sat in the parking lot for 2.5 hours waiting for the tow to arrive. The tow finally arrived, only it was the wrong type of truck required. The driver explained that I needed a flat bed to pull the car as it was on a slant in the parking spot. He contacted dispatch and another request was created. I was informed that it would take a little time and they would contact me when it was on its way. I walked into O'Reilly to explain the situation to the manager, TJ. He informed me that it had to be removed that evening or they would have it towed at my expense as my car was in the way of the truck delivering parts. It was now 4:30 pm and I assured him that I would have the vehicle removed

So glad I bought a battery for my car here. John took care of me he pre tested the battery and the first one was no good. The second was good. He put it in the car for me as well. Thanks John for help. Then a week later my check engine light came on. I was happy John was there again. He checked it and had me take a picture of the code for my mechanic. That was very helpful for the mechanic. Thanks again John.
