Mavis Tires & Brakes

Mavis tires and brakes on mariner blvd in Spring Hill fl saved us. We had a flat tire. It had a nail in it and we were in a bind and they repaired it without cost at the time with no questions asked. on Friday we are bringing the car in to get my rear brakes fixed. I did at one point bring my Honda in here about a year ago and they did wonderful work then. already left a review for that. Lucy is absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable very kind. Customer service here is above and beyond.

Giving this place 5 stars because of one of their mechanics. Tommy is AMAZING. Without a doubt the only person that'll ever touch my car from here on out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, quick, efficient, and thorough. You can tell he really loves what he does. I've literally never felt safer and more confident having someone work on my car before. If you're trying to find a mechanic you can trust Tommy's your guy.

Took my friends car in today to get it serviced after we broke down, of course on our way out of town. They have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Usually managers are just stuck inside taking care of small things, however James was amazing. He helped us in the building, then went outside to make sure the guys were okay and helped out where he could. Even took a look at our car just to make sure the process was going well and made sure our guy was alright, especially in the heat. Definitely looked a bit like they might be missing a guy or two? They were all working their butts off and kept going but they could maybe use another guy to ease the load. Thank you James! Great job Mavis! Definitely coming back if we get in a pinch again!
