Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Got eaten up with bugs at 12:30? I had my windows down and got eaten up! They made me get synthetic which cost $90. Otherwise I'd have to sign a waiver if anything happened it wouldn't be on them. Definitely not going here again. They offered me water which was really nice.

I never been upset before about an oil change. This was not my first time with this business i been here before. I am a young adult women and I definitely felt I was taking advantage. I went in ask if they can do an oil change and they said yes. They kept trying to scam me to pay for different things for my car that didn’t need immediate attention. I called my dad right away and ask him about everything they were trying to have me to pay. My dad said no so I immediately told them no I don’t want any other work on my car done but the oil change because my car was in the dealership a couple of months ago where it was originally bought. After everything was done my total was 106 just for an oil change. Last time I got an oil done there it was $35. I was so shocked and upset. Definitely not coming back again.
