As always the service was outstanding and the treatment received as well. The lady that runs the shuttle to and from the dealers, Bonny, is an excellent person and a outstanding employee. Went in for an oil change and Def refill. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great business great service. I always have Todd or Mike take care of me. They both do a great job. Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
I was unacknowledged when I dropped off my vehicle. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Very cold and uncharacteristic of the staff. Thankfully, when I was able to get my truck back the service manager was on point as always. I'm undecided if I'll be bringing back my business, kind of disappointed.
