Economy Transmission

Just spoke with someone about my vehicle never got any service , but they are very reputable throughout the community !

Had my transmission rebuilt. I have had to bring it back twice since. This last time, they forgot to tighten down the inspection plate cover for the transmission. When changing out my starter, I realized it was missing. I brought it back up there to have it replaced. 3 days later I was told by the son they can't find the part anywhere and they were going to just make it out of sheet metal. If you want a half @$$ job on your transmission take it here, but I won't recommend going here.

Very disappointed with this company. They had such good reviews and portrayed themselves as an honest repair facility, but in the end they refused to stand behind their work. I had them replace the transmission in my 2014 Jeep overland They charged me $7800 for the work Everything was fine for a few days then the 4WD quit working. I took it back and they told me my 18 month old transfer case was the issue. I took it to the dealer and they found a connector that had been broken. The connector was between the transmission and the transfer case. I took the jeep back to economy and they told me the dealer was lying and the connector wasn’t broken. Again they refused to take any accountability. Took the jeep back to the dealer. They replaced the connector and the jeep is fine now. The dealer charged me over $400 for the repair. I sent pictures of the connector and the technician notes to economy. They remain steadfast that the dealer is lying to me and that they did nothing wrong.
