This place is a gem, or more like a diamond in the rough. Frank takes good care of people, very patient and definitely down to earth. This is not your ordinary repair/used car lot. They are up front about all of the vehicles and do a great job finding you what you need without trying to push something on you. While in Spring Hill, FL we visited many lots trying to find a car for my wife's father. We kept coming back to Action Auto because we felt welcome and not rushed. We ended up buying a 2006 Nissan Sentra that we not only got a good deal on, but it was just what we were looking for. Many thanks to Frank, what an awesome person!
I have been coming to this place for around 17years now. He is the only mechanic that I trust. Even when I moved to Tarpon Springs for 5 years when one of my vehicles broke down I would have it towed to Action auto! Frank is awesome!
