It has now been over a year since I have paid in full( nearly $5k in total ) for my engine to be replaced. The vehicle ran for less than a week. Mark is the owner and for the last 7 months will not take my phone call and will not return my call. He still has the car and has not made any effort to repair or respond. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and he has not responded to them yet either. This guy is a flat out crook and completely incompetent and disrespectful. I would avoid using this business at any cost.
Tim’s auto service is the best. Excellent customer service. Great work performance. And great prices. Definitely recommend and will go again.
