Took my car to Swanson's for a very difficult issue. By far the most transparent, polite, honest, and patient garage I have dealt with in a long time! My daughter is at college in Sarasota and I am across the state. I was a little worried about her car. She had complained about the car stuttering and a few other things. I was concerned that she would be taken advantage of by a repair shop. So. I called up Swanson and the technician, Chris ,not only answered the phone right away, but was very understanding and clear about the inspection process and what they would do. I checked it in and Chris did the inspection right away. He got back to me with a detailed estimate and timeline. The pricing was very fair and process simple. The car was complete on time with no issues. Swanson is a first class operation, with true professionals that can be trusted. I highly recommend them and Chris is amazing. They deserve every one of my 5 stars!

I had a great first experience dealing with Chris. He did a thorough inspection of my older vehicle, worked with me to determine what issues needed to be fixed first, gave me a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner.
