Excellent helpful shop , sorted the bbk headers on my mustang

They have had my 88 Mustang since October 2021 (nearly 1.5 years) for a tune. There was an electronic issue that I was more than willing to pay (and have paid) for them to diagnose. Despite me paying them a deposit upfront, they continue to push my car off like I am not a paying customer. When I email Rob (the owner or manager) he rarely replies until I email a second time. And if he does reply he always has an excuse. First, he caught COVID, then it was hurricane Ian, then it was him prioritizing daily drivers, and the final one was he was short-staffed. I am beyond my wits end with this shop. I have thousands of dollars in restoration parts sitting in my house waiting for this car, and these guys can't take time to fix my car when I am more than willing to pay whatever it costs. EDIT: The shop made multiple untrue claims about the vehicle. I had an issue separating a part to get to a pulley so I could finish installing my stroker. Ran to skips and they were able to separate the parts to retrieve my pulley for me. Great service. Will be returning to have my stroker tuned here. Service: General repairs & maintenance
