Mobiletech Auto Repair

I was referred to Lionel by my old mechanic (I won't mention any names here). I was told by my old mechanic shop that I had a problem with the transmission and they wouldn't be able to do that kind of work. Frank at Mobiletech took a look at my Mercedes and in less than a minute was able to properly diagnose the problem (not saying that every problem is this easy to diagnose, I was just lucky). It was the alternator. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday. I will never go to another shop for as long as I'm able to go to Mobiletech.

I have to say this is the most honest shop, I have ever dealt with! Frank, is very clear on what needs to be done and then gives a detailed estimate for the repair work. What I wasn't expecting was him to start the service and see that a couple things he thought needed to be done, didn't. To my shock, I got a phone call after everything was done saying Frank found things that he didn't need to do and to do them would be stealing from you, so he didn't! Saved me over $1,000.00. What a refreshing thing to meet honest people in the car industry. I wish I lived in Florida because I would only use this shop for all my car needs!
