Lowe's Automotive Service

I’m always surprised with Lowe’s Automotive, my car was leaking a bunch of oil and at the same time my serpentine belt was being shredded and my car needed attention ASAP. Brad told me I could drop it off Monday and they will look into it on Thursday since it was last minute. They started working on it the next day and got it back to me Wednesday. They even took the time to show me what was going wrong with my oil filter housing and how it leaked. Definitely recommend 10/10. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great shop, amazing service! Really appreciate the help of Brad and the techs... just a few days before an upcoming trip, needed some engine service. Despite being scheduled several weeks out like so many shops these days, they were able to get us in, diagnosed and repaired before our trip. HUGE HELP and during a holiday week to boot. THANK YOU! I recently had a fuel leak due to a squirrel chewing through my fuel line, I could not find an appointment at any of the area Ford dealers. I was recommended by friends of family to Lowe's Auto. I spoke to Mike he advised to have it towed in ASAP and he would get it taken care. Just over 24 hrs later I was back on the road.
