We are new to the area and went off of Kaufman's Google reviews. Excellent communication, excellent customer service, reasonably priced, honest, and helpful. We will take all our vehicles to Kaufman's in the future. I highly recommend taking all your vehicles to Kaufman's!!!
I was in and out in about an hour and the waiting area had comfy chairs, a keurig, snacks, a TV with nice music playing, and a clean bathroom. No issues with my repairs and checkout interaction was pleasant.
I could not have asked for a better experience! They took time to explain the necessary repairs, answered all our questions, worked with us and our insurance company, and completed the repair in a timely manner!
