JSN Auto Repair - Sarasota

I’ve had work done here twice. They get the job done but there’s 0 communication by the technicians to the paying customer. First visit they had my car all day and I heard nothing from them until I called and they said “I don’t know what happened but no one has even touched your car nor has a technician been assigned to work on it”. And didn’t get it back till after lunch time the next day. 0 compensation for that visit. This past recent time that had my vehicle for almost 48 hours before I called to ask about my car to to which I was told it would be done the next day first thing in the mornin. If you don’t mind the hassle, they get the job done. Service: General repairs

I came in to get my tire fixed. They were able to plug the problem and gave me great information on new tires for my car. Very friendly, professional and informative. I will definitely be back for new tires when I'm ready as well as oil changes!!

They were friendly courteous and mounted a tire for me within 1 hr which are all great because I was in a bind. The bad part was they charged me $48 dollars to do this which was very pricey and I have never paid anything close to that before for a tire repair or similar.
