Jesse is a true professional... he is experienced knowledgeable, patient & friendly. Jesse quickly identified why our car had water intrusion and cleared the clogged drain line. But he also went the extra mile... vaccuming all the standing water beneath the carpet and drying it out. Then he explained to us how to keep the problem from happening again and provided a demonstration. It was a quick fix that would've undoubtedly cost hundreds of dollars more had we taken the car to the dealer. The cost was very reasonable and all the work was done on time, as promised. Well, several weeks ago went there a get estimate. Been working with the insurance company trying to get ahold of him so we can get supplemental done no call or response over a week. Finally get ahold of him and they say they're too busy and under staffed not taking on any more work even though we have been talking about the work for several weeks . They came as a good company to work with but my exp was not good and seems I've wasted my time.

Never before have I trusted somewhere more. With my previous car I listened to insurance and took the car where they told me. Cheap fix & horrible months later. Took it to Jesse after, which I should've done from the start. Jesse & his team take their time to fix every detail making it look better than new. Always finding you the best fix for good prices, I will forever take my vehicles to him for future instances and will gladly pass the shops name around.
