Jay & Dean's Auto Repair

I took my car to this shop due to a clicking noise in the dash. The clicking noise according to BMW co. was caused by a bad actuator, there are five in this car. The shop replaced all actuators. Now I have warm air coming out of the vents. They had my car for almost a month, and I have no AC. They kept putting new parts in the car to fix this problem and it is still not fixed. I ran back and forth to this shop for several weeks to give them the opportunity to fix this pr and they didn't.

Excellent service. The tire company I went to for an oil change told me I had to replace brake fluid, power steering fluid and shocks and struts. I wanted a second opinion so I called Jay and Dean’s because I had gone to them before and they were very nice. Scott told me to bring my car in so he could inspect it himself. He said just the brake fluid and the stabilizer rod needed to be replaced. Everything else was fine. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars except to drive it, I’m always afraid I would be taken advantage of with needless repairs. Scott explained everything and made me feel comfortable. They also got the car ready in less than a day. Very impressed. Even though this shop is a bit far from where I live, I will always go to them for repairs. I would definitely recommend Jay and Dean’s to everyone I know. Service: Brakes

Having been quoted a rediculous $780 for a routing low mileage service by the dealer, I sought out alternatives. Jay and Dean's came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint.
