My college student's car was backed into and had significant body damage. We worried about how to help her get her car repaired when we don't live in the area but working with Tom at Jackson's Auto Body was terrific! He answered my questions during several phone calls, worked with our insurance company to make the process as seamless as possible for us and managed our expectations well as it did take some time for them to receive the correct parts (due to shipping delays). It was originally at Crash Champions. But they hadn’t updated my rep on repairs, so it just sat there for a week. When it got to this place; constant updates, discussions about back ordered parts, and always was transparent about what they ‘Can Do’. About a month later my car seems to be brand new.
