Carl and Matt are consummate professionals, and they did a great job with my mom’s Cadillac CTS. Front and rear brakes done right, on time and on budget. They also provided an expert inspection, and gave fair warning about future repairs, without fixing things that are “still fine for now.” Thank you Graybeal’s - we’re grateful to have found you!
Amazing shop with excellent techs. Great people very knowledgeable. Having worked on my cars for decades I can assure you they know their stuff. Owner Carl Ziegler has been helping people here for over 30 years and a very nice man. Graybeal’s is the best! I was referred to Graybeal’s by a great guy at a Lincoln national oil change company. They couldn’t do the work I needed accomplished. It was suggested I contact Graybeal’s. Matt answered the phone and from that moment on my repair was being resolved. Incredibly trustworthy and honest I can’t say enough about the professionalism exhibited by all. Thanks Matt!
