Absolutely an amazing encounter with this store and store manager Richard Davis . My wife was traveling to Sarasota to visit her Ill mother , She made this trip several times and last year the alternator gave out in Ga and was replaced by a Goodyear in Georgia . last week on her trip back down to Sarasota the alternator gave out when she got into Sarasota , she pulled into a Autozone and they verified the Alternator was not Charging . I reached out to Goodyear and they called the Sarasota store on lemon ave to verify they could Handle the issue with the alternator and they verified they could take care of it . I reached out to the store and spoke with Richard about the situation and he collected the information from the Goodyear call center prior to my call and had already started the process on getting the alternator replaced . Richard had a tow truck dispatched to the Autozone to pick up the Van and had the alternator replaced through the warranty from prior visit to Goodyear in GA

Great experience with this Goodyear location! Fast and easy process. My Tire was leaking air fast from a nail they discovered and they were able to accommodate me on super short notice. They repaired the tire and My vehicle was ready for pickup roughly an hour after drop off. Would highly recommend. Thank you again for the Awesome customer service

Richard’s got that that entire shop running like a well-oiled machine all by himself! I have gone to this location for a few years now… and amazingly enough, Richard by himself runs the shop better than when there were 5 employees working. He makes time for you, gets the job done, doesn’t forget to call you… and does it all with a smile. Thanks for everything Richard!
