Christina and Che went above and beyond trying to help us. Che removed the broken window visorshade. Christina continued to look for a replacement part. None of us were able to locate it. I called Christina the next day to see what they would charge to remove the other 3. She said to bring the car in, no charge. It's very hot in the shop so we brought them poweraid and Popsicles. God bless this small business. They were truly a blessing! I would HIGHLY recommend using Cutting Edge!

After Hurricane Ian, many shops were backed up around town. I made an appointment with another shop tentatively for a month away. My best friend helped me by calling and asking how soon they could get me in for a fender bender. I couldn’t get to the shop right away with 2 kids under 2; but, when I did get there, Christina remembered me through the call my best friend made. Not only did Christina get my car in to the shop the next day, she helped guide me through the insurance procedures to make the process faster. Cutting Edge went above and beyond: not only the installation, and repairs, but the personal customer experience - they kept in touch with me throughout the process to keep me updated on repairs, went above and beyond what they were asked to to, acquired and used the brand I asked, and obviously they washed the outside….
