I brought my car in for an oil change and to identify a thudding sound coming from my tires when I turn and a grinding when I stop. They said the thudding sound was the shocks needing to be replaced. Then they called me with another problem they found. And another problem. And then another problem that I told them I've had fixed before and keeps coming back, which they then argued with me about. During one of these calls I asked if they did the oil change because they hadn't mentioned it. After 3 days and $1100 I got my car back. Wheels still grind when I break. And, my favorite part, THEY NEVER DID THE OIL CHANGE. I had to take my car to Jiffy Lube where they found out I had almost no oil left at all. I was about to drive to Mississippi like that. I would have been screwed. Places like this are the reason women can't go to mechanics alone. About 2003 I had Accurate do some work on my vehicle because they were a five minute walk from my house. Since then I've moved but I've brought 5-6 subsequent vehicles to them because they are good at what they do, are very accommodating, and charge fair prices. What's not to like? I would recommend them to anyone as they will give an honest opinion of what is needed. I have never needed to return a vehicle after their work was done. Their name says it all.

Van had intermittent noise. Would not replicate for the mechanic so they did not charge for shop time - that never happens! Customer for life ????
