Excellent all around service! Excellent communication!! Rob was awesome in assisting us from start to finish with our windshield replacement after having it shattered on our road trip from PA to Disney! He came right to the Disney resort hotel and replaced it working around our crazy vacation schedule! He even set up the conference call with our insurance company to make sure the claim went off without issue! He even moved over the inspection stickers and ezpass! I would highly recommend Rogue AutoGlass & Recalibration. This is how auto-glass should be done! It was easy, on time and a great deal! Rob gave me options and thoroughly explained everything to me. Everything exceeded my expectations from communication, punctuality, price, and quality. You can’t go wrong with this business! He diagnosed the problem with my truck glass and fixed it without me taking any time off. He came to where I work to fix it! With these newer vehicles I didn’t even know about all the sensors and calibration that needed to be done, but Rob has all the tools to get it done right the first time. LOOK NO FURTHER. You have found the best possible auto glass service in the area at a price that measurably beats a Safelite and most of the other companies I called. Rob was the best from start to finish. Consider the following: - my car is old, and the glass is no longer produced... Rob found it IN ANOTHER STATE AND HAD IT SHIPPED HERE TO FLORIDA IN NO TIME. 'Nuff said. But there is more. - My schedule was confounded, so he came to my office and replaced the glass while I was at work. - I was a stress monster over this whole thing, and Rob made me feel better from the start. I knew from talking to him that he was a pro. He responded to every text within minutes. He sent me updates on the glass shipment - without me asking!!! - He left my car spotless - vacuumed up all the glass, and left nothing on the parking surface. - Upon completion he said he would have a friend of his who does tinting contact me.
