Great service from the new management team at the Sanford location. Found to have 6 nails in my tire and went a head a bought 4 new tires bc I needed them. In and out so fast and with fantastic customer service.
I called for an estimate aka what I refer to ask “ball park” price and the first guy who picked up was nice enough and got back to me quickly. But because of Tim’s nasty attitude, I will be using elsewhere. Not too sure but definitely poor customer service. Maybe a bad day. I don’t know but won’t be getting any work from them. Hopefully management sees this review and keeps him off the phones so he doesn’t run business away
Great pricing, fast service. Biggest issue is the white lubricant used to mount the tires on the wheel was left on the wheels. Was all over my wheels and tires. They didn’t bother to clean it off.
