This place was amazing. I took my wife’s car to Massey Cadillac while it had a warranty and they never fixed the main issue. The warranty ran out and they wanted to charge $1,500 just to look for the issue. So glad I came to Paris. They ran several diagnostics and immediately found and fixed the issue. I definitely will be back. The entire process was professional. Howard was extremely professional and helpful
I brought my car to this shop and I have to say, the entire staff was not only professional and helpful in every way. I needed to get my alternator fixed and they went above and beyond. I have been taking my BMW for repair and diagnostic repair to Mike and Howard Auto shop for past five years. They do have excellent diagnostic and re-programming knowledge, honest and fair price.
