Terrible service, the maintenance service is a disaster, the customer service is very bad, you pay for a service and when you pick up your car you can see that the complete agreed work was not done, I think that Goodyear needs good specialists in the Royal Palm store.

Dropped my fleet vehicle off for “service” as they are a recommended full service location. When I dropped it off I told them it needed “service” that I had gotten a notification and that the light was on. They cleared the enterprise fleet vehicle information and called me several hours later to retrieve the vehicle. Upon coming I. The check engine light was still on - they explained they did an oil change. I asked about the light - they said that’s a different service and got argumentative with me over it saying I didn’t specifically request that. I explained I am not the mechanic and I dropping off to be reviewed and for them to “service” the vehicle and asked if they could look at it and they continued to argue saying i didn’t ask for that. I won’t argue or beg for business nor will I engage with a toxic staff. I will gladly take my business to a competent full service location and I employs others to avoid this monstrosity.

Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for my 2020 Ram 3500 dually, when I showed up to my appointment I was told that they couldn't do an oil change because according to an employee the truck was too heavy to lift. According to them a ram 3500 weights 14,000 lbs and due to this they refused to do my oil change after waiting about 45 minutes to be helped, in the mean time they were doing an oil change on a 2500 with multiple tool boxes on bed, iron front and back bumper so I'm not sure how that passed "their weight test". If this location is unable to do an oil change on a dually then this option should be removed from their website in order to avoid having customers waste their time!
