I have been coming to this service center in Punta Gorda for my last 3 cars. I have never been disappointed with the service or the staff. We are a small town, but I would not change my service destination unless a hurricane closes the store (which it has) They are knowledgeable and friendly to me and many I know. I know I can "pop" in for tire pressure checks at any time.
Horrendous experience. Took my KIA Sorento in for a simple oil change. When they jacked my car up they cracked my plastic gas tank and cracked the top of my fuel pump ($1,400 dollars). Lastly they didn’t replenish the fluids! Of course they denied it but we started smelling fuel as soon as we picked it up. Calling Corporate and the BBB next… STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
