Took my vehicle in for repairs from an accident. They were super efficient and communicated with me the entire time. Love the text message updates! Beats having to call and check on the status. My truck came put in perfect condition!!! They even gave it a good cleaning inside & outside!!!!!! Thank You Gerber & Team for taking care of my truck & a wonderful experience & quick turn around time for my vehicle to be completed!!! You guys rock & I will be sure to send people to you for repairs!!!!

Let's start with TERRIBLE communication and they finesse us!! First was told that repairs would be 2 weeks roughly. Then when we dropped it off they said it would be a month. We're just now picking our vehicle up after SIX WEEKS!!! We were told this 0ast Friday it would be done and ready for pick up that day. It's now Tuesday at the end of the day (4:56pm) and were here WAITING for them to finish cleaning it. Very unprofessional, very late returning our car, horrible communication, and when we asked about them covering our rental for another week we were told it would be done THAT day (Friday) and they STILL had it until today (Tuesday) and didn't offer a rental. Would not advise unless you can be without your car for months!! Edit - told at 1pm it would be ready today at 430pm - its now 5:18 and they are CLOSED while we are STILL outside waiting for our car to finished being cleaned. We've been here 45 min waiting and still nothing
