Caliber Collision

After my car was struck in the driver’s door, Caliber was recommended by my insurance. Absolutely poor customer service with every encounter: refusing to return phone calls-or taking days off o get back despite an hour promise, ALWAYS in meetings, blatant lies, and a total lack of customer satisfaction. The first time they “fixed” it, the paint had a black spot in the middle of the door, that the front office said because it was wet-absolutely not the case. Then the door handle stopped working. After that “fix” the door handle fell off on the interstate. After that “fix” the key stuck in the door lock, stranding me in a parking lot, with two kids, and a car full of groceries. Once again there is a lock issue, and again a “fix.” This last time, despite being promised a fixed lock, with one key for the ignition, and door, we have two, and a “Welp, sorry. Best we can do.” Still waiting to hear back from the corporate office. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear ended and brought my car to the caliber for repairs. John handled my claim, he was courteous and paid close attention to what needed to be fixed. He returned my car ahead of schedule and kept me informed while he had my car there. I will definitely be doing business here if I’m need again. Service: Painting
