Dropped off car for tire repair. Quickly greeted and evaluated my needs. Promptly got me a ride home from courtesy van and gave me time estimate of 2 hours. Was alerted via text messaging service that car was being repaired and time estimate was updated. As promised car was fixed withing that estimate and courtesy van dispatched to bring me back. The care and service that I received was important enough for me to drive from Winter Haven to Port Charlotte for a service call. Chad appeared to have resolved my issue before I arrived! ALL my concerns were addressed without issue.

New to the area and needed repairs on my F150, called initially and talk to Mark fantastic guy, professional, polite very pleasant conversation. Gave me the run down and had me call Jillian to schedule. She was just as awesome! She got my appointment quickly and even had them pick up my truck. Originally went in for shocks, struts, oil change, and brakes all around. Once they had it and digging into job Mark calls me with an update and says my brakes look great, so instead of just doing the job on brakes not needed he calls me and advised not to do them, most in todays world would have taken the money without hesitation, impressed with their integrity, and customer care!
