They made me an offer we couldn't refuse... my whole transmission needed to be rebuilt.. ( it didnt shift into gears but the van was still able to get around if destination was local and in town) the guys were honest about purchasing a new one for th e cost 2500 or getting a used transmission with 91thousand miles for 1500. I have a 2004 Pontiac van so of course I went with the cheaper bid.. best part is that is came with a 6 months warranty and free road assistance for an entire year at no extra cost to me and my husband... other places were charging like 1800 to fix it and I feel like they would've just screwed up.. only thing is that its intimidating when you first pull in because there are no parking spots and they are constantly busy... but I brought my van in on a friday and had it back by monday!
