I need to change my review I thought they were great till the ruined My vehicle. On a Saturday morning they attempted to do an alignment on my vehicle, they called and said you need to come down and look at this. It turns out now they say they can’t do an alignment. They attempted and the front end tech over tightened the bolts to the lower control arms and letting the cam shift and damage the ears around the cams. I did show up with my mechanic who just changed the lower control ars the day before and it was not damaged. The owner fused and said it was like that but we know Mr Woodrow was lying. I was under my vehicle the day before. I’m very upset as this is going to cost me To repair property. Terrible terrible service. Would not recommend. I was in the middle of a late afternoon drive from Miami to Orlando for a work event the next morning and got a flat. Meineke was able to quickly get me a new tire and back on the road in less than an hour at the end of their business day. Definitely appreciate their quick work so I wouldn't miss my event. The manager welcome you with open arms and I got my oil change and I got some great coffee and I sat down and watch the good movie until my oil change was done.
