Got in an accident and my vehicle was towed here. Took me a few days to get all my belongings in order and get some parts of my vehicle that insurance would never cover. Owner and his son were nothing but helpful and I wish I could have used their services under better circumstances.

Called them on a Thursday and spoke to a woman,was told they WERE doing full paint jobs and to bring my car in anytime after 10am. Took it up Friday (woman was out that day). Spoke to their estimator, he did everything but throw me off the property from quoting me double the price to telling me they would have my car 3 weeks to a month and they would probably break my GT emblems and not replace them. Wouldn't take a bicycle to this place!

J and J Auto Body is amazing. A blessing. I had a car wreck on 275. My car was automatically towed to J & J....From the beginning they were very helpful. Mary Beth went above and beyond to help us out in a tough situation. She handled everything wonderfully with the insurance and at easing my mind. They promised us a vehicle safe enough for my daughter to be in and that's what they did. I appreciate it and, honestly, I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend J and J Auto Body & Painting Inc. Thank you again to everyone who was involved in fixing my car. Happy New Year to you guys, too. :)
