I recently bought a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid, Touring model. I love the car. Zack, the sales rep was very knowable and helpful. I took it into service to have a paint coating applied and Randy Stiles helped me through that process. I have been trading with Crown since before 2012. Randy has been my service person of choice for many years now. He is the best.
Had my 2016 CRV serviced at Crown Honda the other day. (Have been a customer of Crown Honda since late 1984.) Michelle Dessert has been my service advisor off and on for numerous years. I have always found her to be knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She answers all questions and keeps ya informed of what is needed and going on. Michelle is my go to advisor whenever my vehicle needs service!
I appreciated getting in and getting out in the time I was told to expect. Everyone is busier than ever, so time was important to me. Thanks Drake for good customer service and thanks to the service team that handled my vehicle care. This was my first maintenance service and I pray it will always be the same.
