Big Tires & More Tire Pros

Totally impressed with the crew at Big Tires. I dealt with Sean, Marco and one other gentleman on 9/13 who were all professional and friendly. I've been to two other places who were inferior in all aspects. The tech rode with me to hear the noise I was talking about and identified it within seconds. The car was fixed and I was good to go quickly. I highly recommend.

Previously this business was very good, however the last visit fell short of expectations. Went in for two tires and asked for one old tire back. Asked for it to be placed in truck bed. Got home it wasn't there. When leaving the shop my truck sounded different, like an exhaust leak. Got home check the exhaust system could find anything loose. Fast foward to the next day still having the new noise. While I was there they stated I needed new front brakes and rotors , I know that prior but can do that myself so I decline. I purchased the new rotors and brakes and while in the engine compartment to loosen he brake resovior cap I see that my air intake box is only half way on, this was the issue of the new noise. Why are they in my engine compartment while doing tires? Then when removing the front passenger tire to do the brakes I find that one lug nut is barely on,;luckily I didn't loose it while driving. Not sure if this business changed hands or not, but I will not be a returning cus

What amazing customer service!!! Special thanks to Mark the Customer Service Manager. I watched him dealing with other customers and with his customer service was amazing. Everyone was very pleased. The seating area is really nice with free Wi-Fi, TV and is very comfortable. The prices are fair but the most important part is the quality of the service is excellent. Other places who couldn't fix the issue with my car. Here it was fixed correctly the first time.
