Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Needed a shop available on a SUNDAY to repair a nail puncture for my daughter at UWF. Tuffy Tire (right outside the front entrance) was OPEN and Manager BROOKE and Technician TYLER made quick work of the job. Tyler even found and repaired a smaller nail puncture that we were unaware of! Would definitely recommend this automotive shop for anyone in the area. We were told that they are in the process of upgrading a lot of their equipment and will soon have the ability to do even more services! Service: Tires

I have been going to this business for a long time and they have treated me so well. I let me know what needs done on the car and ask if they want it done. I will alway trust their expertise when it comes to car repairs Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Would give zero stars if I had the option to. Horrible customer service, charged me $1068 to replace a gasket cover and serpantine belt, all for the engine to still have a leak and fry the alternator. And when I took it back I was given multiple different stories about the leak, from "it's been fixed" to "there was no leak" when I have photos of it from BEFORE I took it back in, and when I picked it up they weren't going to give me any warranty information on the new alternator or a receipt of the service and I had to demand it. And when I said that if when I took it to my regular mechanic (only handles small maintenance-type jobs) and they inspect it and if it's still leaking we'd have a problem, the assistant manager Kyle basically laughed at me. I will NEVER set foot in that place again, have reached out to corporate about the experience, and have told the transmission shop to stop recommending it to customers.
