We hired Scratch Off Auto Repair to repair our Ford E-250 work van. The van was accidentally knocked out of park and rolled into a tree so, we were paying out of pocket. Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as it's not out making money if it's in the shop for an extended period of time. The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!! We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good.
