I don't review often except when something is exceptionally good or unexpectedly disappointing. I was a little hesitant about not going to the dealer with a pricey Mercedes van conversion later model that had an electrical problem and possibly more. It required a tow and I had no clue what was in store for me. I noticed most of the cars in the lot were very expensive imports so I was more confidant. I gave them a chance and I realized my concern was unfounded. Very impressed with the front office guy Thomas but especially impressed with Guy (the owner). After speaking with him for a few minutes I realized I found that guy that knows what he’s doing. If you have an issue with an import car and are looking for someone that is straight up, honest and knows what he’s doing don’t be hesitant to go here. Hope this helps anyone needing a repair. Took my Audi Q7 to Palafox Imports to diagnose a fault, Guy (the owner) was very honest and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable. I will forewarn those that are not use to straight talking people that Guy is as straight as they come, and I appreciated his honesty. Would definitely recommend their services!! Super knowledgeable and accommodating. Much appreciated the early appointment to get me in and out. Identified a minor issue that left unchecked could have been very costly. Will be my only service facility for our Audi Q5…. Especially when the dealer can’t get you in for 6-8 weeks! Thanks again!!
