Derrek, Jared, and Alisha are great. I've been bringing the family cars here for a few years now. Anytime we have had to get something repaired, Nevel's has explained the suggested repair and given me options for fixing the issue based on affordability and likelihood of the cheaper options fixing the issue. They have always been upfront and honest with me about what they think should be done, and what can be done so I can make the best financial decision. I have never felt mislead or taken advantage of. I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been loyal to this shop for 5+ years and my grandfather was for 15+…up until now. They took care of all of my vehicles and did a decent job up until management changed. Not about customers anymore, it’s purely about how much they can get out of your pockets. My car sat untouched for a month and then I was told there was metal in my transmission. A month later. Then they tell me they can find a transmission and install it for double the cost of every single other shop in Pensacola that I’d gotten a price from..(that actually works on bmws). Good luck.

My car needed two belts replaced and Jared asssited me at Nevels. The work was done in a timely manner and correctly the first time. This is the shop and Jared is the mechinic with whom I trust my car. He's the best! Service: General repairs & maintenance
